“Despite the challenges posed by the interruption in democratic governance, we have earnestly resumed our efforts from where we left off, particularly in the initiation, execution, and completion of projects. We extend special thanks to the President of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose timely and generous support ensured that this administration could return to fulfill its responsibilities to the people of the State.”
