RICHARLISON has announced his engagement to stunning partner Amanda Araujo.

The striker is just days away from the new Premier League campaign, which his side will kick off against on Saturday.

But the Brazilian has had a bigger day on his mind this summer, as he popped the question on Tuesday to his long-time partner.

The couple enjoyed a scenic moment at one of the Shard’s luxurious restaurants, with views spanning over the London skyline.

The international even broke out the candles and a heart-shaped flower arch to make the scene all the more romantic.

An emotional Araujo said yes, wearing an elegant black dress for the occasion.

Araujo, a , announced the proposal in a post to her 1.5million Instagram followers.

She captioned the post simply: “I said yes.”

Fans flocked to the comments to give the happy couple their well wishes.

One fan wrote: “I love you guys!”
