THE secret to perfect, fast growing hair is in your kitchen cupboard, one woman has revealed.
Taty is constantly bombarded with questions about how she got her so “perfect”;, shiny and long.



And in a video on her TikTok page, she opened up about the top tip she’s used to transform her hair.
“Everyone’s always like, ‘Taty, how is your hair so long and beautiful, Taty, how is your hair so perfect, how did you grow your hair so fast?'”; she began.
“Okay, I’m gonna tell you because I don’t want to gatekeep anymore.”;
She then revealed that the secret she swears by is homemade
Taty showed how she got a container and some rice from the kitchen cupboard â insisting it doesn’t matter what kind of rice you use.
She covered the rice in water, before letting it soak for a day.
And once she’d drained the water off, she transferred it to a spray bottle.
Taty then went on to explain she uses the spray liberally on her locks before washing them, noting that it “smells really, really bad”;.
“Spray it all over your roots and your ends and then put it up, leave it soaking wet, for like 30 minutes or an hour before you wash your hair,”; she explained.
