“Resident Playbook” Tops Buzzworthy Drama List + Sweeps 5 Of Top 10 Spots On Actor List

tvN’s “Resident Playbook”;; has continued its reign over the rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors!

For the fourth week in a row, “Resident Playbook”;; remained No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.

In addition to topping the list of the most buzzworthy dramas, “Resident Playbook”;; absolutely dominated the list of the most buzzworthy drama cast members, where its stars claimed five of this week’s top 10 spots. Go Youn Jung and Jung Joon Won remained No. 1 and No. 2 respectively, followed by Kang You Seok at No. 7, Han Ye Ji at No. 8, and Kim Hye In at No. 10.

JTBC’s “Heavenly Ever After”;; rose to No. 2 on the drama list this week, while leads Kim Hye Ja and Son Suk Ku held onto their respective spots at No. 4 and No. 5 on the actor list.

SBS’s “The Haunted Palace”;; climbed to No. 3 on the drama list, with star BTOB’s Yook Sungjae maintaining his position at No. 9 on the actor list.

In its final week on air, tvN’s “The Divorce Insurance”;; jumped to No. 4 on the drama list.

SBS’s new college romance “Spring of Youth”;; debuted at No. 6, while JTBC’s upcoming series “Good Boy”;; entered the list at No. 7.

Finally, ENA’s new romance “Tastefully Yours”;; debuted at No. 9 on this week’s list.

The top 10 TV dramas that generated the most buzz this week are as follows:

  3. SBS “The Haunted Palace”;;
  4. tvN “The Divorce Insurance”;;
  5. KBS2 “For Eagle Brothers”;;
  6. SBS “Spring of Youth”;;
  7. JTBC “Good Boy”;;
  8. KBS2 “Pump Up the Healthy Love”;;
  9. ENA “Tastefully Yours”;;
  10. MBC “Desperate Mrs. Seon Ju”;;

While the drama list only includes series airing on broadcast television, the newly integrated actor list also includes cast members from OTT shows—and “Weak Hero Class 2”;; stars Park Ji Hoon and Choi Hyun Wook made this week’s list at No. 3 and No. 6 respectively.
