The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire  and Immigration Services Board, CDCFIB, has warned the general public to beware of fake recruitment portals.

DAILY POST reports that the recruitment process into the paramilitary agencies is underway in the country.

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire  and Immigration Services Board, CDCFIB, warned that the only approved portal for the recruitment exercise is: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng .

In a statement signed by Maj Gen AM Jibril (Rtd) who serves as the Secretary, the board warned applicants to be strongly advised to disregard any other portal.

It noted that portals are being circulated by fraudsters and scammers with the intention of misleading and defrauding suspecting job applicants.

“The board assures the public that the recruitment process will be completely transparent and free of charge.

“No applicant is required to pay any fee at any stage of the process,” he added.
