VLADIMIR Putin has been urged to blitz London in a chilling World War Three “ultimatum” by Kremlin fanatics.

It comes as Britain has built to strike Moscow.

The new systems, which can attack targets more than 300 miles away, have been tested at the MOD Hebrides range in Scotland.

British officials hope to deliver the first of the new systems to Kyiv within a year, in a revelation that has left Russian propagandists outraged.

Putin’s propaganda chief Margarita Simonyan told state TV: “When London blithely declares that we’re currently preparing long-range missiles to strike Moscow – well, listen, there are some interesting spires there.

“It would be interesting to see those spires go up in flames.

“That would probably be quite a picturesque and beautiful sight.”

Margarita predicted the confrontation would end in Russia offering the UK an “ultimatum”.

She said: “They are participants in this war.

“I urge you not to be upset that this has not been done so far.”

The desperate threat against Britain comes as Moscow and Russian- occupied Crimea were rocked by Ukrainian strikes over the weekend.

Kyiv targeted oil depots and fuel facilities used to supply Russian forces.

A massive fire blazed at the Putin-occupied peninsula’s Kerch port, sending a 40-mile plume of black smoke into the air.

Five people were killed and 28 wounded in the strikes, according to the region’s Russian-installed governor.

Crimea was seized by Putin in 2014, eight years before Mad Vlad launched his full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Ukraine has stepped up its drone strikes on Russia in a bid to force Putin to sit down in peace talks.

Kyiv’s forces launchedabout 310 miles away from the Ukraine-Russia border.

It was the third consecutive day of attacks, as Ukraine looks to exhaust Russia’s air defences.

The Kremlin has hinted Putin is ready to talk but made clear it must be on the Russian tyrants terms, “reliably guaranteeing security along Russia’s western borders”.

Putin’s top diplomat Sergei Lavrov said: “This state of affairs poses serious threats to global security.”

The hard-line Russian foreign minister even threatened “nuclear strikes” if the West refuses to kowtow to Putin’s demands.

“A direct confrontation between NATO and Russia could rapidly escalate into an exchange of nuclear strikes, with catastrophic consequences,” he said.
