A POLICE chase ended in a horror crash leaving a man fighting for his life and a woman with life-changing injuries.
The smash happened at around 4.20pm yesterday on Harrow Road, in Paddington.
A white car being chased by police lost control under Westbourne Bridge.
Shocking pictures show the vehicle went over the barrier and became stuck over the pavement.
An IOPC spokesperson said: “We are aware of the incident and have begun an independent investigation to assess the police’s involvement in the lead-up to the collision.
“Our thoughts are with those injured, and we are committed to thoroughly examining the facts.”;
