A PLACE In The Sun star Jasmine Harman has reunited with her late co-star Jonnie Irwin’s wife and children, sharing sweet snaps from their weekend together.

He left behind wife of eight years, Jessica, and their three sons; Rex, Rafa and Cormac.
This week, Jasmine, who had a close friendship with Jonnie, reunited with his family to spend some time together (in the sun, of course).
Hosting Jessica and the boys for the weekend, Jasmine shared a picture to Instagram with them, plus her children and husband Jon Boast, in front of their pool.
She captioned the snap: “Oh Jonnie, you would have loved this weekend. My heart is so full after spending time with Jess and the boys. You’d be so proud of them 🩵💙🩵

“Watching our families spend time together, sharing laughs, stories and creating new memories, felt so incredibly special.
“You are always missed, but seeing your boys grow into such wonderful young people is a beautiful reminder that a part of you is still with us every day.”
She ended the post with a nod to Jessica, writing: “And dear Jess, I am always in awe of you. Such an amazing woman and wonderful wife and mum”.
married Jessica in September 2016 and the couple lived in Newcastle with their three sons up until his death.
He was first diagnosed with lung cancer in 2020, which then spread to his brain, but decided not to share the diagnosis until two years later.
The TV star was given just six months to live at the time of his diagnosis, before passing in February 2024.
He told The Sun in an interview after revealing the diagnosis: “Within a week of flying back from filming, I was being given six months to live.
“I had to go home and tell my wife, who was looking after our babies, that she was on her own pretty much.
“That was devastating. All I could do was apologise to her. I felt so responsible.”
His co-star Jasmine , and had Jonnie as a guest at her wedding back in 2009.
She said following his death: “I met my husband on the show and when Jonnie met Jess, his lovely wife, I just remember thinking ‘wow she is the one for him’.
“Then they had their lovely boys. And yes, it really is a hard time…”
