The released by the Justice Department on Friday also appears to show that the convicted sex trafficker sent Lord Mandelson some £36,500 in 2004.
There is no suggestion of any wrongdoing by Lord Mandelson, who has always denied all wrongdoing and claimed he was unaware of Epstein’s crimes.
Eleven new photos show the former cabinet minister walking into a room and then standing next to a woman as he holds an electronic device.
The files piled fresh embarrassment on the Labour big beast after it was revealed Epstein had sent Lord Mandelson’s husband £10,000.
The ex-ambassador – who was fired by Sir in September over his links to Epstein – is facing another round of calls to be stripped of his peerage.
Mandelson’s then partner and now husband Reinaldo Avila da Silva messaged Epstein in 2009 asking for £10,000 for an osteopathy course.
“I will wire your loan amount immediated’y [sic],” Epstein replied that day.
A few days later, Avila da Silva sent Epstein an email saying: “Thank you for the money which arrived in my account this morning”.
It was a month after Epstein, who , was released from prison for child prostitution offences.
At the time of the first payments Lord Mandelson was secretary and de facto deputy prime minister, serving in that role until May 2010.
Mandelson said: “I was wrong to believe Epstein following his conviction and to continue my association with him afterwards.
“I apologise unequivocally for doing so to the women and girls who suffered.
“I was never culpable or complicit in his crimes.
“Like everyone else I learned the actual truth about him after his death.”

Renowned broadcaster Trevor Phillips warned on Sunday that it was “the end” for his friend Mandelson.
Explaining that he and the Labour peer have been friends for decades, Phillips said on Sky News: “It’s a friend’s privilege to tell you that you are ill-suited to a role, even that you are a complete idiot.”
He added: “I have not spoken personally to Lord Mandelson about the release this weekend of documents, messages, photographs and videos related to the convicted paedophile .
“He was invited to join us this morning but declined.”
The host also explained that Lord Mandelson and his husband claimed they had no recollection of receiving payments in 2003 or 2004, or whether the documents were verified.
But he did accept that Avila da Silva received a loan of $10,000 from Epstein and that the millionaire paedo lobbied him on key policy matters.
“There’s no suggestion that Lord Mandelson has done anything unlawful,” he added.
“But I would claim the friend’s privilege to tell Peter that he has been, at best naive and foolish, at worst greedy and duplicitous.
“Whatever is true as far as politics and public office are concerned, for Peter Mandelson, this is the end.”

Epstein responded: “Was that a misspell for booty.”
In April 2010, Avila da Silva messaged Epstein again, sharing his bank details, the emails show.
Epstein forwarded the email to his accountant, adding: “send 13k dollars.”
In subsequent correspondence, Epstein instructed his accountant to “send 2k per month to reinaldo”.
His accountant, Rich Kahn, asks if this is “in addition to the 13k” and to confirm the currency is US dollars.
Epstein replies that “after rethinkoing [sic] send 4000 dollars only”.
