PEREZ Hilton has been left ‘scarred’ for life following his livestream breakdown, and could be ‘locked up’ for up to six months, according to reports.

The celebrity blogger and TV star was during a TikTok livestream.

Now, a source has claimed to the Daily Mail that Perez is likely to have ‘permanent scarring’ from his wounds.

They claimed while Perez knows ‘something happened’ and that ‘things aren’t good’, he isn’t 100% sure on what has gone on.

“But he doesn’t have a lot of presence of mind. He’s not able to fully process what happened.

“This is not going to be something where in five days, I’m like, ‘he’s fine,’ This is months, maybe years,” they said.

Perez, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr, appeared to harm himself in a distressing video shared to TikTok last Tuesday, which was later taken down.

Reports claim the podcaster also barricaded himself inside his home.

The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office confirmed they received several 911 calls about an individual livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media.

Deputies found the TV star inside his home alone and quickly assessed he wasn’t a risk to others but needed medical help.

It’s thought that Perez won’t return home upon his release from hospital, and will instead be moved to a secure psychiatric facility.

And when it comes to how long he will remain there, the publication reports it could be a lengthy stay.

After specialists have assessed Perez at the clinic, they could let him return home, but Mark Astor, a veteran Florida attorney, said he couldn’t see that happening.

Explaining the options in this case, the legal professional told the Daily Mail: “Number one, they could release him. Number two, they get him to agree to stay on a voluntary basis.

“Or number three, they could file what’s known as a petition for involuntary placement.”

While patients can be held for up to six months, he predicted a 30-day order for Perez.
