PEP GUARDIOLA has told those close to him that he wants to boss England – just days after quitting Manchester City.

But, following an and 17 major honours at City, Guardiola is already assessing his options.

And Daily Mail reporter Jack Gaughan has suggested the former Barcelona chief has privately admitted to pals the England job is on his radar.

He told Sky Sports: “I don’t think we’ll see him in club management, although he is prone to changing his mind quite hastily.
