Southpaw Saint-Denis is a mere inch taller than orthodox submission artist Pimblett at 5’11.
And they have exactly the SAME reach, with both their arms extending 73 inches.
Record
Despite BSD seeing battle for his country, Pimblett is more battle tested when it comes to being in the cage.
He has 27 professional fights to his name and has had his hand raised 23 times.
Ten of those victories have come via submission, while a further seven have come via KO or TKO.
Saint Denis, meanwhile, has been victorious in 17 of his 21 fights – with 11 of his wins coming via submission.
He has six stoppages, three defeats and one no contest to his name.
Recent form
Prior to his one-sided defeat to Gaethje, Pimblett was in a fine run of form.
The Liverpudlian had rattled off seven straight victories in mixed martial arts top promotion against some beloved figures in the sport.
Saint-Denis, meanwhile, is flying high on a three-fight win streak, which he’s rattled off on the back of consecutive losses to and Renato Moicano.
