After on her return to her Olivia’s House podcast, Olivia turned talk to her health in the latest episode.
Talking about suffering the condition, which has made her skin red and sore, she said of the physical manifestations of her heartache: “It will literally, it will eat you up.
“Like it was like coming out of my body.
“I was like covered in, I’m still covered in “.
Without directly referencing Brad she then went on to talk about how she handles being cheated on – and the advice she dishes out to pals.
She said: “Over my life, dealing with infidelity or dealing with being cheated on is something that I’ve navigated differently over time. And I think that during this last six, seven months, I’ve definitely gone through different versions with it.
“When people used to say this to me, it didn’t help me at all until it clicks. But being cheated on is not about you. And that is like the only way that I can really get it into anyone’s head”.
Olivia added: “Like it is about you in the sense that you feel it, the pain, the betrayal. But no one cheats on someone, I don’t think, unless it’s a revenge case to hurt someone…”
She continued in her lengthy de-brief: “People cheat because they have, you know, a lack of morals, they lack self-control. Some people are genuinely wired that way.
“And I actually I’m of the belief and people disagree with me that it doesn’t necessarily mean that you weren’t loved or the relationship wasn’t real.’
“I think what you have to understand is that the way they’re capable of loving you is not enough for you. Right? And I know people in open relationships, they love each other and the way they love each other and show up for each other is completely in a way that I could never relate to.
“So I think as you’re an adult, it’s all about finding out what are what can you what is being loved to you?
“Like what does what does true love feel like? And that person they may love love you, but not in the way you need to be loved”.
Olivia, who was , cuddling and on with new man Pete in June, then concluded: “But yeah, that there’s something, it’s quite generalised, but it’s something that helped me quite a lot.
“It’s never about you. And you have to, like I said at the beginning of this episode, you can’t suppress it. You have to do the work”.
Previously Liv, who has now , told how her
She told s of their bond – which went from mates to lovers when – and said: “It was unexpected, we went from platonic to non-platonic very quickly.
“He’s extremely intelligent and compassionate and patient, all the things I desperately needed but didn’t know I needed”.
