Goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has said Enyimba’s lack of competitive matches will not affect the team during their African Football League clash against Wydad Casablanca of Morocco.
The two-time CAF Champions League winners will face the North African side in the quarter-final of the inaugural edition of the competition.
Ojo revealed that the team is working tirelessly to get in shape ahead of the encounter.
The first leg is billed for the Godswil Akpabio Stadium, Uyo, on October 20.
“The team is in a very good physical condition and we are working tirelessly ahead of the competition,” the Enyimba captain told DAILY POST.
“Our lack of competitive matches will not affect our performance during the competition.”
