Niger Tornadoes chairman, Ibrahim Dada has challenged the players to improve their performance as the club seek to move up the table.
The Ikon Allah Boys currently sit in 19th position on the Nigeria Premier Football League table.
The Minna club are winless in their last five games, with three defeats and two draws.
Dada urged the players to tighten their belts before the situation gets out of hand.
“There are some teams that would promise you high wages during negotiations and end up not meeting up, this is not the case with us, so there is no reason whatsoever not give us your best.
“I want to assure you, for the umpteenth time that, Niger Tornadoes is not an owing club, which most of you here can testify to,” he told the players after Wednesday’s training session.
“Enough is enough; we are not going to seat and watch things deteriorate further, neither would we condone anymore lack of seriousness and disloyalty from any player”.
Tornadoes will host Akwa United in a matchday 10 encounter at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna, this weekend.
