And amid all of the chaos, Leanne Amaning and Whitney Adebayo went head-to-head in an exchange which appeared to come out of nowhere.
The pair have seemingly been friends since entering the villa last month, but fans noticed plenty of hostility between them during Movie Night.
After watching a movie night clip, Samie Elishi stormed off after clashing with Lucinda Strafford in an almighty row.
While Samie ranted to pal Belle Hassan, the remaining girls spoke amongst themselves as Leanne said she didn’t like the drama – to which Whitney replied saying she was “egging it on”.
“Why’s it egging? We’re trying to calm it down,” replied Leanne.
“I know Belle. I know Samie; both like me, hotheads. When you’re fueling them -,” said Whitney.
Leanne argued back: “I was not fueling them, I was calming them down. I’m not someone who likes to see you arguing.”
Things then got more heated as they began to raise voices across the tables, before Whitney stood up from the table and gave an expletive-laden statement about
As a war of words went on, a furious Leanne then said: “She’s trying to start on me”.
It came just hours after Leanne showed interest in Whitney’s partner Yamen, which could have created distance between the friends.
Fans watching from home were left shocked by the moment, with many accusing Whitney of being hypocritical.
One tweeted: “Why’s whitney having a go at leanne for egging on belle and samie when she’s laughing with lucinda”.
“Do Whitney and Leanne like each other?” wrote a second.
Another said: “whitney lost me this episode icl. I get that she was upset about the yamen thing but respectfully that cancels out when you’re egging sher and scott on.
“That comment was so rude and uncalled for. poor Leanne, but I hope they can make amends”.
