A NEW Amsterdam actress has announced her engagement to her long-term partner and flashed her huge diamond ring.

, who is currently in the English capital playing Ava Gardner in Sinatra The Musical, has now showcased her stunning sparkling band in a series of snaps.
Talking of the sweet proposal this week, and how her partner Anthony “AJ” Parillo popped the question, the performer said: “Running through Hyde Park in the middle of the UK heatwave, he got down on one knee by the water, right next to the Serpentine Bar, and asked me to marry him.
“I immediately burst into tears, and before I knew it, everyone around us was applauding.
“I had Bad Bunny’s Baile Inolvidable blasting through my headphones, making it all feel even more surreal!

“I’ve been crying and floating on cloud nine ever since… although I still made him finish the rest of our run!”
Ana, who played Dr Valentina Castro on NBC medical drama New Amsterdam, was seen posting for a selfie in the park showing her ring moments after AJ made the gesture.
The performer, dressed in an Italy sports top, shorts and an Alo headband then gave her new fiance a big hug.
Later on, further images showed Ana with her head in her hands in shock at her bride-to-be status.

Anthony, who is a Audit & Assurance Partner at Deloitte, worked with Solitaire Creations by Dennis to create the ring.
They told The Sun he chose a timeless 2.8-carat round brilliant-cut diamond (D colour, SI1 clarity) set on a yellow gold band with platinum prongs.
Ana is equally known for her roles on-stage and on screen.
She starred in New Amsterdam for 11 episodes between 2019 and 2020.
She also portrayed pop icon Gloria Estefan in Broadway show On Your Feet!
