Netflix Reality Star Announces Exciting News: Expecting First Child with Partner, Shares Hospital Photo!

AN American Netflix reality star has announced he’s set to become a dad for the first time as he shared a snap from beside his partner’s hospital bed.

The 39-year-old and his fiancée looked overjoyed as they prepared for the birth.

Nile Lundgren, who starred in Owning Manhattan, took to Instagram to share the exciting news with his fans.

He shared a snap holding a beaming Lola Kasher’s hand as she went into labour.

“I’m about to become a father,” wrote Nile under the post.

One fan penned: “Amazing! Congratulations.”

Another fan added: “Sending all the love and blessings to you and Lola.”

The New York-based couple revealed they were expecting their first baby back in June.

In a string of sweet pictures, Nile could be seen cradling Lola’s growing bump.

He captioned the post: “The newest addition to @lundgrenteam is currently in the oven. Lola and I are about to be parents!

“My whole life I’ve wanted this. But if I’m being honest, I put it on the shelf. Real estate came first.

“The grind came first. The next deal, the next close, the next level — always the next thing. And I told myself the rest would come later.”

Nile continued: “Later is here. There’s a moment every person has where you look at everything you’ve built and ask yourself what it’s actually for. This is my answer.

“The biggest deal of my life doesn’t have a closing date. It has a heartbeat.”

Nile found fame as a top-tier luxury real estate agent following his appearance on Netflix’s Owning Manhattan and previously Bravo’s Camp Getaway.

He leads the Lundgren Team as a licensed associate broker at SERHANT, hosts The Broker That Never Sleeps podcast and founded the luxury eyewear brand Rock the Vibe.

While he shared details of his proposal to Lola in New York last year, the rest of their relationship has been kept fairly private.
