PICTURE the scene – you have just turned 18 and have bought yourself an Audi,  you regularly splash the cash on designer shopping trips – and you’re about to appear in your very own reality show.

Some may say Princess Andre was always destined for a successful life in the limelight, but no one perhaps predicted just how influential she would become – eclipsing both dad Peter Andre and mum Katie Price and being well on her way to becoming a multi millionaire before most people her age have even finished school.

Indeed, Princess’ pulling power is so great she was crowned society magazine Tatler’s second best dressed in Britain – beating real life Princesses to the spot.

The news sent shockwaves through high society, but as the mag itself states it ‘proves that great style can be inherited or self-made’.

An insider told us: “Princess may be a nepo baby but has really pushed boundaries.

“She has distanced herself from her mum and even her dad to some extent, in a bid to be her own person.

“She’s taken some risks and it’s really paid off – despite her parents not seeing eye to eye on anything.

“It was a really big deal for her to get that accolade because she styles herself and really champions the high street.”

Princess’s mum Katie has made no secret about how little involvement she has had in Princess’ budding career.

The mum-of-five, 47, was married to pop star Peter, 52, in the noughties, but the pair have been embroiled in a bitter feud ever since they divorced over 15 years ago .

She has been completely cut out  of Princess’ upcoming fly on the wall documentary about her life – leaving her furious and upset.

In a bid to market the youngster as a pretty, middle-class influencer, they even turned down Katie’s team’s offer to film for free for three days.

The model recently moaned: “Everyone knows she’s doing this documentary – and I’m not in it. Certain people don’t think it’s good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me.”

Her sister Sophie chipped in: “You aren’t on brand Katie. You are too risky Katie that’s why.”

The snub, says a friend, has crushed the mum of five , with parallels, they say, to the ongoing Beckham family feud.

Says one: “Katie feels isolated and disregarded. She loves  Princess  so much and is supremely proud of the young woman she is becoming.

“But with all her expertise in the field, Kate obviously hoped to help steer her career — oversee contracts, advise her on press, that sort of thing.

“She has seen and done it all, and hoped to instil some wisdom and advice on how to handle fame.

“But ITV2 execs have made it clear they want nothing to do with her. Princess has been advised to distance herself from her outspoken mum, and is perhaps too young and shy to defy orders.”

In her new  ITV2  series – The Princess Diaries – the teen opens up about her younger years and admits: “I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then.

“But I don’t feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes.

“I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age.”

Spending fears

But while Princess and team have taken steps to separate her career from Katie’s, she is undeniably her mother’s daughter – especially when it comes to cash.

She splashed out on brand new white Audi A1 and she regularly shows off huge luxury shopping hauls , joking ‘my bank account hates me’.

The insider continued: “It is of course all her own money.

“Pete gets it – she’s young and very excited, but there’s been conversations behind the scenes about looking after her cash.

“She has a great team around her and she is being guided to make the best decisions with everything – she’s allowed to have some fun with her hard earned money.”

In contrast, mum Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in 2024 over an unpaid tax bill of more than £750,000.

Princess has been keen to let people know that her recent splurges, like £2k on a Louis Vuitton handbag, was all her own doing.

She hit back at accusations that it came from the bank of mum and dad, saying: “To everyone out there, yes I work and yes I earn my own money which I’m super proud of and so thankful that I’m lucky enough to buy my own car.”

Making her millions

She previously revealed she wanted to be a millionaire by the time she was 20 and was already well on course.

But it’s now thought that £2million is in fact more realistic, thanks to a series of savvy business moves.

In fact, Princess has just signed a huge contract with Superdrug for the second year running, and in a very exciting step she is busy building her very own beauty brand, with the first part due for release next year.

Discussing her bright future, PR expert, Adam Nutburn, founder of the agency Beyond Tuesday, told us: “What we forget is that her famous parents quite literally wrote the playbook on monetising press attention in the early noughties, so if Princess is anything like them, especially in the days of being able to make a fortune off social media, she’ll end up richer than they are.

“She’s already on her way to the £2 million mark thanks to her lucrative deal with Pretty Little Thing, numerous magazine deals – and there will be a huge appetite for her to appear on reality shows that almost always offer a bumper pay day, especially with her famous last name attached. And at 18, her best days are ahead of her.”

And with the launch of her very own reality show in just days, brand deals coming in thick and fast and now even being recognised by glossy mags – it seems Princess’ best days will be very lucrative indeed.

The insider added: “She already really shown she has a good business head on her and she knows exactly what she wants – there’s no stopping her.”
