Former Manchester United winger Nani has snubbed Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo while naming his ultimate team-mates starting XI.
The ex-Portugal international revealed his all-time XI of players he has played alongside, and surprisingly omitted Ronaldo, despite having shared the pitch with the Al-Nassr star 130 times for both club and country.
Nani’s ultimate team was dominated by players from Sporting CP and Manchester United.
The 38-year-old spent most of his football career at the Red Devils and Sporting.
According to Planet Football, the Portuguese winger selected Edwin van der Sar as his goalkeeper.
In defence, Nani went with Rio Ferdinand, Bruno Alves, Patrice Evra, and João Cancelo.
In midfield, he chose Paul Scholes, Deco, and Bruno Fernandes, despite not playing alongside the current Manchester United captain at Old Trafford.
For the attack, the former Valencia star opted for Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs, and Carlos Tevez.
