He had reportedly been visiting friends on the Balearic island when the horror unfolded at the Tanit building located in the notorious party hotspot of San Antonio.
Terrified holidaymakers screamed in shock as the naked tourist smashed into balconies below during his sickening fall.
Chilling footage shows him perched precariously on the edge, clutching the glass balcony frame as he desperately tries to haul himself back to safety.
But after several frantic attempts to climb up, his legs suddenly slip – leaving him dangling helplessly in mid-air.
Moments later, he loses his grip completely and plunges seven floors in a heart-stopping drop.
One witness described the scene as chaos erupting in seconds, with the man crashing through the building’s levels before hitting below.
In a desperate last-ditch effort, another man rushed forward to try to save him – but arrived just moments too late.
Doctors say he is suffering from a fractured pelvis, chest injuries and a traumatic brain injury.

He was taken straight into surgery and remains in intensive care in what medics have described as a “very serious” condition.
The Civil Guard has launched a full investigation and is analysing CCTV footage from the building, which reportedly shows the man dangling from the balcony moments before the plunge.
The incident has sent fresh shockwaves through the resort, already notorious for balcony tragedies involving holidaymakers.
Just yesterday, another tourist – a 19-year-old American man – was admitted to intensive care in Ibiza after falling around 40ft in Santa Eulària, suffering multiple fractures and serious trauma injuries.
In 2017, tragedy struck the same Tanit building in San Antonio – the very spot where the Colombian man fell – when British tourist Callum Marriott, 26, plunged to his death.
The Brit had been enjoying his final night out on the party island before disaster unfolded.
Investigators later revealed he had tried to climb back into his fourth-floor apartment after returning alone and realising he had left his keys behind.
Neighbours raised the alarm after hearing a sickening thud – before finding him lying in a pool of blood below.
By the time police and paramedics arrived, there was nothing they could do as he had already died at the scene.
A friend who was first on the scene was described in local reports as being “under the effects of alcohol” as the tragedy unfolded.
The spate of incidents has reignited concerns over balcony safety in Ibiza’s party hotspots.
Authorities are repeatedly warning tourists about the dangers of risky behaviour, alcohol and drug use, and climbing or sitting on balcony edges.
