NADIYA Bychkova is looking as toned and tucked as ever, as she dances around in a black underwear set and boots ahead of Strictly coming back.
The Strictly dancing pro, 36, took to Instagram yesterday to promote some of Step One’s underwear.

Showcasing how comfortable it is to wear, even when you’re dancing around, shared a reel on Instagram in collaboration with the brand.
In the clip, the blonde beauty is strutting her stuff across the wooden floor of a dance studio in time to upbeat music.
She twirls and spins in the set, throwing in a high kick or two showcasing her strength and flexibility.
This is ever more impressive when you pause to remember that Nadiya’s wearing a pair of heeled boots.
Her insanely toned abs are also on display, perfectly framed by the high waisted underwear and full coverage bra.
“Serving a little flash vibes moment in the studio,” Nadiya captioned the reel, followed by emojis of a dancer and a winking face.
“Dancing all day (and running after my little one!) means comfort has to keep up, and these sets do exactly that.
“Soft, breathable, supportive… basically my partner in crime on and off the floor.”
The toned star finished off her caption with a black heart emoji matching the underwear set, as well as a shooting star.
Nadiya’s followers flocked to the reel’s comments section to share their thoughts on her killer moves, as well as to compliment her figure.

Even Strictly’s said a little something: “Yes flat high kick,” followed by heart-eye emojis and three flames.
After an early exit from last years series, fans are happy to hear Nadiya is coming back to the Glitterball stage.
She didn’t leave due to any feud, but instead sustained a leg injury and decided to focus on other projects including other stage work and her own tour.
