Mun Ka Young has officially become a member of the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association’s Honors Club!
On July 31, the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced that actress Mun Ka Young has officially joined its Honors Club as a major donor.
The Hope Bridge Honors Club is made up of members who have donated at least 100 million won (approximately $72,000 USD) to aid disaster victims.
Back in March, Mun Ka Young donated to Hope Bridge to support residents affected by the massive wildfires in Ulsan, North Gyeongsang, and South Gyeongsang provinces. She continued her charitable efforts this summer by contributing to flood relief. In recognition of her ongoing contributions, Hope Bridge inducted her as a full member of the Honors Club.
Mun Ka Young commented, “I want to help make the world a better place, even if only in a small way. I hope this brings hope and comfort to those in need.”
Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association Secretary-General Shin Hoon remarked, “People like Mun Ka Young, who practice sincere giving, bring great hope to our society. Together with Honors Club member Mun Ka Young, we will continue striving to deliver comfort and support to more people in need.”
