A MUM-of-three has died after undergoing three separate plastic surgery operations in a single 10-hour session.
Bianca Naufel Saliba, 43, went to a hospital in to have liposculpture, a tummy tuck, and breast lift surgery.

But after the Brazilian woke up from her surgery, she went into cardiac arrest and tragically passed away.
Bianca’s mum, Marcia Naufel, said: “I need to write a few words here about Bianca, my beloved, my sweet, my dear daughter, friend, confidant, companion, and above all an extremely strong woman who loved life with lightness and great joy.
“Today I feel that my heart has been torn out, with this feeling of a mother that the only thing we want in this life is the happiness of our .
“That’s why I am absolutely certain that she was in one of the best phases of her life, that is, HAPPY.
“And here I will continue loving her as I always have, and I have the people I love most in this life that she left for me, my grandchildren Rafaella, Henrique, and Giovana.”
The mum-of-three ran a company called Posto Potencia, which operates service stations in Sao Jose do Rio Pardo and nearby Riberao Preto in the state of Sao Paulo.
She visited the Saint Peter , an upper-middle-class residential district of Vila Mariana in Sao Paulo’s centre-south zone, for her operations.
Bianca was put under anaesthesia while doctors performed three separate surgeries in a 10-hour operation.
When she woke up, she began choking intensely and having a shortness of breath – symptoms of a cardiac arrest.
Despite medics quickly rushing Bianca into a second surgical intervention, intubating and resuscitating her for almost 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Friend Rosana Greghi said in a social media tribute alongside a picture of Bianca with her three children: “Today the day dawned grey and without colour.
“Bianca, an extraordinary woman, a loving mother, a devoted wife who left us far too soon.
“To those who knew her, her example remains. The sweetness of her memory remains.
“The collective task of keeping alive her legacy of affection, care, and generosity remains.
“Her legacy of light and unconditional love will never be forgotten by all of us and by our city.
“Rest in peace… you will be eternal within us!”
The 6th Police District (DP) in Vila Clementino has launched an into the incident, treating it as a suspicious death.
