A MAJOR motorway has closed multiple lanes after a motorcyclist was injured in a crash with a car.
The M5 northbound is closed this morning between junction 31 (for the A30) and junction 30 (Exeter).

The incident happened at junction 31 (for the A30 heading towards Okehampton) on the northbound carriageway.
The motorcyclist has been injured but their condition remains unknown, said cops.
Traffic is slowly building up with motorists advised to plan ahead with their journeys.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police were notified at around 8.15am this morning to reports of a collision involving a motorcyclist and a car on the M5 Northbound near junction 30/31
“The motorcyclist has been injured, injuries currently unknown.
“Emergency services are at the scene.Slow moving traffic due to collision.”
