MONSTA X’s Minhyuk And CRAVITY’s Hyeongjun Announced As New MCs Of “Weekly Idol”

MBC every1’s beloved variety show “Weekly Idol”;; will return this June with new MCs!

After concluding its broadcast in December 2024 for a period of reorganization,“Weekly Idol”;;is gearing up for a reboot.

Leading the new season will be its fresh MC duo: MONSTA X’s Minhyuk and CRAVITY’s Hyeongjun. With his sharp wit and smooth hosting skills honed through numerous variety appearances, Minhyuk is set to bring his signature humor and charm to the show. Hyeongjun, loved for his adorable visuals and refreshingly playful personality, is expected to bring a burst of fresh energy to the program.

While staying true to the original charm that made it a fan favorite, the renewed“Weekly Idol”;;will place a greater emphasis on music and fan interaction. New segments will allow idols and fans to meet personally and connect more closely through music.
