Things didn’t go to plan for at yesterday’s weigh-in as opponent Cotton

But ‘Meatball’ took advantage this evening with a comprehensive win, two months after beat Kate Radomska on her boxing debut.

The 35-year-old, who won 14 of her 22 MMA bouts, looked sharp in the ring with some big hits.

Cotton also performed admirably as she refused to go down.

But the glamorous ace, a former model before turning to boxing, ended up covered in blood for her troubles.

A big punch from McCann saw her land a big cut that poured blood.

Despite the setback, Cotton also managed to throw some big punches herself.

Their super bantamweight clash certainly lived up to the hype as it went the distance.

But it was McCann who was named the victor with a points win of 58-56.

Fans were certainly impressed by McCann’s efforts.
