Trazbon district mayor Huseyin Avni Coskun Cebi met Salah for a commercial shoot, but the local administrator suddenly began speaking to the marquee signing about the climate crisis.
Salah picked at his facial hair as mayor Cebi informed him: “Global warming is threatening the world.”
“In the future, it will become difficult to live in during the summer. Our district will be very liveable in those years. It will be among the places least affected by global warming.”
After advertising Trazbon’s eco credentials, Cebi followed up with an unprecedented gift to try and tempt Salah to stay in the city in long term.
In a gesture that seemed to shock Salah, the right winger was bestowed with a “beautiful piece of land” in the city.

Having expected promotional duties, Salah was instead given “a wonderful place for your children and grandchildren, with no water problems and unaffected by global warming.”
