AN urgent hunt has been launched for a missing woman.

Jennifer Wallington disappeared from her home in Beaumont Leys, Leicestershire, at around 7pm on Thursday.

The 39-year-old is described as short, with brown curly hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a black and white coat with two grey hands of the back, as well as dark-coloured baggy jogging bottoms and a black cap.

Leicestershire Police said in a statement: “Her family and officers are concerned for her safety and are asking for people to look out for her.

“Please call 101 with information, quoting incident 500 of 21 January.

“Always call 999 in an emergency.”
