THIS is the shocking moment a McDonald’s customer launches a flying kick at a worker as punches are thrown and burgers hurled in a mass brawl.

The chaotic scenes were captured at a branch of the restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil showing the moment a confrontation turns violent last month.

The brawl was filmed by shocked onlookers and showed two staff members and a couple arguing before the argument escalates on December 13.

As both sides scream at each other, a female customer is seen hurling a fallen burger at one of the employees.

Enraged, an employee then throws what looks like a burger box at a man in a white t-shirt who appears to be accompanying the woman.

The man is then seen leading a girl away from the ugly scenes before he launches himself at staff gathered by the counter.

He runs toward the staff and aims a flying kick towards them as stunned customers watch on.

A member of staff is seen punching the man at the till area causing him to back away.

Others employees attempt to step in and calm the situation down as insults are hurled and the woman demands her money back.

At the end of the footage, she is seen picking something up from the counter and throwing it.

While the reason for the chaos remains unclear, Brazillian media reports suggest it could have stemmed from a food order.

There has been no confirmation as to whether anyone was injured during the incident.

And local authorities said a complaint had yet to be filed with the Civil Police.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s said in a statement that it regretted the scenes of violence at its Sao Paolo branch.

The fast-food giant said it is investigating the incident and taking appropriate measures.

They added that it rejects all forms of violence and remains committed to provide a safe and respectful environment for employees and customers.

It’s not the first time a mass brawl has broken out at McDonald’s either.

A wild punch-up broke out inside a McDonalds in front of kids in the UK in 2023 that saw thugs throwing punches and flying to the ground.
