The Love Island host, 32, recently sent her fans wild after , showing off her incredible figure – which is a result of .

, who was chosen to be a Traitor by during the first episode of the show, booked a slot at the hotel gym in Inverness to ensure she was physically fit to take on the missions during the hit series.
But it’s not just her figure Maya looks after – the beloved TV host also readily admits to the odd non-invasive ‘tweakment’ to enhance her beauty.
Maya’s face has seemingly changed since she first made it big as a red carpet host at the Brit Awards and co-presenting ITV game show Cannonball alongside ex-cricketer and in 2017.
Although the programme failed to win over viewers, they were blown away by “” Maya

Since becoming a firm favourite, Maya has been open about her beauty secrets and has previously hit out at a Twitter (now X) troll who accused her of having ‘silicone filled’ breasts and suggested she had been under the knife.
Setting the record straight, the presenter, who , told him: “My boobs are real you Wallad.”
Sculpting secret

To ensure she is red carpet ready, Bristol-born Maya uses the same skin expert who treats ex Love Island host , singer and presenter .
Facialist Shane Cooper told in 2020 how he mixes up Maya’s treatments depending on events in her diary making sure she glows.
Shane uses machines that work to sculpt, tighten and firm the face.
He said: “She has my bespoke Exclusive Face Treatment and the Aqua Tight, which exfoliates, removes impurities and oxygenates too.”
“We use a lot of radiofrequency for collagen production and, when she has some time off, we often do microneedling.”
A “Who” trick

She might be – but behind our TV screens Maya doesn’t mind looking daft to ensure her jawline remains snatched.
A few years ago, the TV favourite revealed she spends time looking “like a Who” from Dr Suess’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas while wearing a neon green chin strap.
In a hilarious video, the beauty was seen dancing with heatless rollers in her hair, under eye masks and a bright green chin strap.
She said: “So for those of you wondering how I prepare for my live shows…”
Red raw £300 treatment

They say beauty is pain – and that certainly is the case for Maya who looks to the likes of , and when it comes to more serious treatments.
, which costs around £300 a time.
The minimally invasive treatment involves needles used to make tiny holes in the top layer of the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production.
Promoting facialist Shane Cooper she was pictured looking flushed, writing: “Hey, so this is immediately after. The numbing cream is wearing off and I’m starting to feel like I’ve got sunburn.
“And, yeah, this is me. Red raw-ish for at least three days. What is it? No sweating, be gentle when I wash my face, no gym. Got some aftercare here.”
Ice queen
With so many different treatments and products, looking after your skin can cost a pretty penny. But Maya has previously shared a beauty trick that is free.
In 2023, told how .
It’s an age-old beauty trick that has regained popularity in recent years thanks to social media and experts say it can help lock in serums, relieve the pain of skin breakouts and tighten and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
She told The Face: “My best kept beauty secret is putting my face in a bowl of ice because it de-puffs. Try it, you’ll thank me.”
Pearly whites

When it comes to Brits, it’s an unfortunate stereotype that we have bad . So it seems to follow that many celebs, from to Tweedy, opt to ‘upgrade’ their gnashers.
But while many of her fellow stars opt for bold , Maya sticks to less dramatic tweakments.
In 2023, she was snapped reclining on a sofa as a large tube with a blue light was placed inside her mouth to .
Wearing protective glasses, Maya wrote: “My first teeth whiten”, alongside nervous and red heart emojis.
Electrical current

Maya prepared for her first appearance in 2023 with a facial that uses electrodes.
Experts believe that low-level electrical current can increase blood circulation, promote lymphatic drainage and encourage collagen, which makes the face look younger.
Electrode probes are filled with either Argon, which produces a violet/blue ray or Neon Gas, which emits an orange/red ray.
Expert’s say

Fabulous spoke to Dr. Omar Tillo at Creo Clinic who shared his verdict on the star’s beauty.
“Although very subtle, when you compare Maya’s appearance a couple years ago to her more recent appearance on , there does seem to be a difference in the shape of her face, particularly around her jawline and cheeks.
“Her jawline looks a little sharper and more defined now, and her lower face appears slightly slimmer. Her cheekbones also seem more prominent.”
According to the expert, Maya’s more chiselled face could be down to losing weight.
“Even a small amount of facial fat loss can make quite a difference to how the jawline and cheekbones look, especially in someone who already has naturally defined features.
“There are also cosmetic treatments that can create a similar effect. For example, is sometimes used to slim the lower face by relaxing the muscles around the jaw. Over time, this can give the face a slightly narrower, more tapered appearance.
“Cheek filler could also be a factor. Adding a bit of volume around the cheekbones can make them look more prominent and give the face a more sculpted appearance.
“It can also make the lower face look slightly slimmer and more defined by comparison, even though the filler itself isn’t actually changing the shape of the jawline.”
Dr. Tillo continued: “ is another possibility as it can create a more hollowed, sculpted look beneath the cheekbones, although I wouldn’t say there’s enough evidence here to suggest Maya has had this done.
“From what I can see, there does appear to be a change in her facial definition, but it’s difficult to say whether that’s the result of any cosmetic treatment.
“It could just as easily be down to natural changes in facial volume, weight fluctuations or even the way her makeup has been applied.”
