MAYA Jama has revealed how she dealt with Stormzy heartbreak after rapper shared that he had ‘met his wife’.
and announced their shock break up last year – ten years after they first started dating.
The pair first split in 2019 before reuniting in 2023 after a five-year break but in the end .
The host had posted a lengthy message about their break-up revealing they had failed to make it work – and telling fans that they would remain friends.
Now a year on Maya has revealed how she got herself through the breakup.
Taking to her stories the brunette bombshell posted a snap of her in a music studio with UK rapper K-trap.
In the next clip Maya can be seen walking through the streets of as she candidly speaks to the camera about how music has gotten her through some “tough times”;.
She said: “Not some of you getting excited that I’m going to start my rap career.
“To be honest, if you have been following me for a while you will know that his EP got me through some tough times in 2019.
“Girlies, if you’re ever feeling sad about a break up or anything like that, don’t listen to love songs, listen to K-Trap.”;

Stormzy’s most recently known relationship was with Victoria who in October 2024 was photographed kissing the rapper at Heathrow airport, although they are later said to have ended things.

A source said: “Maya and Ruben seemed very close, very loved up and were clearly very comfortable with each other.
