MONEY-SAVVY Maya Jama’s Rivals-inspired side-hustle has been revealed after she bagged herself a £520k home before her shock split from footie star Ruben Dias.

The purchase of the home is reported on the land registry database of properties held by private companies.

Maya’s charming Cotswold home is 883ft squared, offers free Wi-Fi and toiletries, while being a stones throw away from Blenheim Palace and the University of Oxford.
It looks like a homewhere the characters would gather to flirt, exchange secrets and storm off dramatically before dessert.
