Horrified staff found the corpse of Natalia Villalba Angarita, 36, on Monday in an upmarket residential block in the Colombian capital.

She was discovered in a large suitcase under running water in the bathroom shower.

Personal belongings, including two of her – one expired and one valid with stamps showing recent travel to – were recovered from the scene.

Natalia’s grief-stricken mum Claudia revealed yesterday her daughter hadn’t been taking her calls or receiving her messages since last Thursday.

That same day, Foster-Smith was reportedly seen leaving the apartment block.

The former doctor, from Poole, , made headlines in 2020 when he was jailed for 18 months for stalking an ex and posting revenge porn online.

After his release, he began stalking another woman in her 40s by hanging around outside her workplace and engineering chance meetings with her in public.

Dorset Police publicly warned people not to approach Foster-Smith and call 999 if they saw him after he was charged with stalking in September 2024 but skipped bail and went on the run for a month.

The search was called off in October 2024 when he was tracked down to London and arrested.

In October last year, Foster-Smith was handed a new two-year and two-month sentence at Bournemouth Crown Court.

Detective Constable Thomas Norman said at the time his second victim “continued to live in fear” and her life had been “destroyed” by her convicted stalker’s behaviour.

Overnight, Foster-Smith’s mugshot began to be published in Colombian media as they named him as the person being sought for questioning in connection with the death of Natalia.

Investigators say the model checked in for a short four-day stay in the Morph Chico building in a northern part of Bogota between June 3 and 7 with a man from Texas.

She then extended her stay for another fortnight until June 21, during which time a Brit appeared on the scene.

He is said to have arrived at the apartment on June 17 and left the following day.

CCTV cameras reportedly captured him entering before he left taking bedsheets to a laundry room in the building.

Sources close to the ongoing have told Colombian press he left the country on Sunday via the Rumichaca International Bridge, a bustling border crossing between Colombia and Ecuador.

Colombian cops are not yet thought to have issued international arrest warrants for anyone in connection with the violent death of Natalia.

The late model hailed from the city of Cucuta in north-east Colombia near its border with Venezuela, but had been living in Bogota for nearly two decades.

Foster-Smith made UK headlines in October 2020 when he was sentenced to 18 months in prison for stalking his first victim.

He denied all the allegations against him when he was arrested in June that year but later pleaded guilty.

Bournemouth Crown Court heard he stalked his ex-partner by attending the same gym at the same time despite a non-molestation order being in place and “made sure he was seen” by his victim over “a long period.”

He is also said to have created accounts where he posted explicit images of his victim.

After the break-up of a short new relationship, he messaged a friend threatening to get an axe and “f***” the women up, adding: “If I’m going to get banged up, let’s make it worth it.”
