A SUPERCOMPUTER has predicted the Premier League table for this season following the opening round of matches.
And it’s bad news for two London clubs, with West Ham tipped to be relegated and Tottenham expected to finish in the bottom half yet again.
Fans were treated to a thrilling weekend of Prem action following its glorious return after a summer break.
Liverpool, Man City and Arsenal were among those celebrating wins.
But the likes of Man United , Everton and Bournemouth were left cursing morale-damaging defeats.
Now, boffins at Plejmo have fired up their in-house Supercomputer to predict the final Premier League table.
And it’s set to be the most exciting title race in years, with Man City and Arsenal both finishing on 86 points.
However, it will be more heartache for the Gunners again, who are tipped to miss out on top spot due to goal difference.
That will see the title return to the Etihad once more, with current holders Liverpool expected to finish third and SIX points behind the leaders.
The fourth and – for now – final Champions League spot is heading to Aston Villa, although they will be eight points off third.
That sees them come just ahead of Newcastle in fifth, with Chelsea securing Europa League football in sixth.
But there’s a huge improvement for Ruben Amorim’s United, who will trade last season’s 15th place finish for seventh spot and the Europa League.
They are expected to finish level with Crystal Palace but see off their rivals on goal difference.
Finishing in the top half are Nottingham Forest and Brighton, again tied on points and decided by goal difference.
Heading into the bottom half, Spurs are next up with a disappointing 11th place finish under Thomas Frank.
Everton and Bournemouth follow after ending on level points.
While Brentford and Leeds are tipped to beat the drop with 14th and 15th place finishes.
Fulham are saved from relegation by just three points, while the final team to stay up will be Sunderland.
The Black Cats are predicted to finish on level points with Wolves, but it’s the Midlands club who will go down due to inferior goal difference.
Finally, Burnley are expected to come second-last.
And it’s misery for West Ham, with the Supercomputer tipping them for bottom spot with just six wins all season.
