An urgent manhunt has been initiated following the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy during a frightening daytime incident.
The boy was walking near a cemetery on October 23 when he was approached by a man who is said to have "inappropriately touched himself" in front of the teenager.
Described as being between 20 and 30 years old, the man approached the young boy and attempted to engage him in conversation, according to police.
He then allegedly proceeded to reach into his trousers and inappropriately touch himself in front of the young victim.
Authorities are urgently searching for the man, who is described as white, of medium build, and approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with black hair and no facial hair.
