A man was tragically shot while smoking outside a café during a shocking incident at an upscale Spanish resort.
British holidaymakers looked on in shock as the 25-year-old was shot in Puerto Banus yesterday.

The victim was caught off guard and shot at close range in broad daylight while he was on the phone and smoking on the terrace of the café.
CCTV footage appears to show the gunman disguised as a tourist wearing a baseball cap.
It is believed that the assailant exited a vehicle before targeting his victim.
He was observed approaching his target before opening fire and continuing to shoot as the victim lay on the ground.
The injured man was quickly transported to the nearby Costa del Sol Hospital, but unfortunately, he passed away hours later despite the medical team's efforts to save him.
Local authorities confirmed an arrest was made last night.
A spokesperson for the National Police stated: “We can confirm that a 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of another man in Puerto Banus.”
“The investigation is ongoing, and we cannot provide further details at this time.”
Authorities mentioned they could not comment on the nationalities of either the victim or the suspect.
Unverified local reports suggest that both the alleged shooter and the victim hold Swedish passports.
However, another report describes the gunman as being of Afghan origin.
The shooting occurred just after 1:30 PM yesterday when Puerto Banus was bustling with tourists.
Police confirmed that the victim died around 8:15 PM local time.
This follows earlier reports stating he had been shot multiple times but was still alive and receiving treatment in the hospital.
