A MAN in his 50s has been found dead at a home in a market town with cops arresting two people on suspicion of murder.

Cops and emergency services scrambled to a property in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, just before 10am on Monday.

Officers discovered a man in his fifties with serious injuries.

He sadly died at the scene despite the best efforts of paramedics, the force confirmed.

Two men, aged 27 and 60, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and have been released on bail while investigations remain on-going at pace.

Forensic cops were seen swarming the property as they scoured the immediate area for evidence.

Multiple lines of enquiry are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances in which the man sustained his injuries, said cops.

Detective Chief Inspector Jesee Keranga said: “It remains a priority for us to establish the full circumstances of this incident, while keeping an open mind.

“To help us build the clearest possible picture of what happened, we are appealing to anyone who may have captured anything of note or who was in the area between Saturday 24 October and Monday 26 October, up to around 10am, who may have relevant CCTV, doorbell, dashcam or mobile phone footage, to contact us.”

Cops urged anyone with information to get in touch immediately.
