A MAN has died after falling off his electric bike as police tried to stop him.
The 23-year-old man hit a stationary police van on Back Falkner Street South in Liverpool at around 3.15pm on Friday, February 13.

Merseyside Police said it happened after officers’ tried “to stop him and carry out inquiries”.
Cops administered first aid and CPR at the scene, and an ambulance was called taking the man to hospital where he died shortly afterwards.
Independent Office for Police Conduct watchdog (IOPC) is carrying out an independent investigation.
Police have urged people not to speculate and to avoid sharing rumours or misinformation on social media.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out to confirm the cause of death.
