A MAN has been found dead in a car in woodland near to a major motorway, after a teenager was injured in the same crash and was discovered at home.
Officers were called in the early hours of this morning following reports of a man being taken to hospital by ambulance from an address in Smethwick with serious injuries.

He reportedly had been involved in a collision on the M54 in the south area.
The man, in his late teens, suffered potentially life-threatening injuries and remains in hospital.
Officers from West Mercia carried out a search and a black Astra vehicle was found in woodland, near the M54 eastbound between junctions 3 and 2, within the Staffordshire border.
A man, believed to be in his 20s, was found in the vehicle and pronounced dead a short time later.
The road remains closed while the continues.
Drivers are urged to take alternative routes.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “On arrival there was one patient, a man.
“Sadly, it quickly became apparent nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.
“Earlier, in the morning, we had been called to an address in Smethwick, to treat a man for serious injuries who had reportedly been involved in an RTC on the M54.
“He was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, for further assessment.”
