COPS have charged a teenager with murder following the death of an 18-year-old motorcyclist in a collision outside a pub.
Connor Todd, 19, is set to appear before Margate Magistrates’ Court on July 28 in connection with the fatal crash in Chestfield Road, near Whitstable, Kent.
