A MAN has been arrested after a woman was sexually assaulted in a West Yorkshire cemetery.
The incident is said to have happened around 5.15pm on Saturday in the grounds of All Saints Church on Branch Road, Batley.

Two passersby rushed to help the woman, believed to be in her 20s, before contacting police.
But she left the scene before officers arrived and has not yet been identified.
West Yorkshire Police are now urging her to come forward – as well as one of the men who raised the alarm.
He is described as a male who helped the victim moments after the incident and used the other passerby’s phone to make the 999 call.
A man has been arrested in connection with the assault and is currently in custody.
Inspector Mark Pattinson said: “Unfortunately, the victim of this incident left the scene before our officers had a chance to speak to her.
“We would urge her to make contact with us as soon as possible and please come forward.
“I would also like the witness who made the initial 999 call to us to make contact as he may have vital information which could help our investigation.”
