A 23-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in France and charged with murder two years after a dad, aged 38, was found stabbed to death.
Jahziah Harrison, of Northampton Park, London, appeared before Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday after being arrested by French earlier this month.

Harrison is accused of the murder of 38-year-old father Oliver Payne who was attacked in broad daylight at a housing estate two years ago.
Oliver was found stabbed to death in Paragon Place, Norwich, on August 2, 2024.
The fatal stabbing happened in front of horrified neighbours and passers-by.
Emergency services had been called to the scene at 6.44pm following reports a man had been stabbed.
But despite the best efforts of emergency services, Oliver was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination found he died after suffering a single stab wound to his chest.
Harrison was arrested on July 20 and French cops then began the legal process to return him to the UK.
In addition to the murder charge, Harrison faces counts of manslaughter and perverting the course of justice by fleeing the country and assuming a fake identity in a bid to evade arrest, Norwich Magistrates’ Court heard.
He is also charged with possession of a bladed article and two drug supply offences relating to the incident, the court was told.
Further charges have been brought against Harrison in connection with a separate matter.
These include two counts of grievous bodily harm and a second count of possessing a bladed article.
He faces two further drug supply charges linked to the second incident.
Harrison was remanded in custody to appear next at Norwich Crown Court.
Three further arrests were made in Islington, London, in connection with the incident.
Two women in their 20s and one in her 60s, were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
They were taken to Wood Green Police Centre for questioning.
All three have been released under investigation.
