In tonight’s episode, phase two pushed the recruits hard with psych tests, split-second life and death decisions, mud tunnels and a brutal beasting that forced one of the celebs out.
In the last few minutes of the show, as the recruits relaxed in their bunks, Chief Instructor shouted to the recruits: “Be on parade, full kit.”
The recruits scrambled to get ready and quickly ran into the compound where they were instructed to start press-ups in the dark.
It was explained that the purpose of pushing the recruits was because the staff team were looking for what they possessed inside.
Staff member, Rudy shouted: “If you don’t want to be here, do us a favour and leave. Everyone stand up.”
Mark then asked once more if anyone wanted to go home but the recruits replied: “No Staff.”
The celebrities were then instructed to complete 20 burpees as the officers shouted at them to get on with it.
They were then told to fully immerse themselves in freezing cold water before moving on to a gruelling circuit of monkey bars and jumps.
Mark explained: “If I catch anyone cheating, we will do the whole thing again.”
“I can’t do this, I’m going to have to withdraw. I can’t do this, I’m sorry, I can’t do this,” said
Rudy asked: “You are going to quit now, number 8?”
“Yes I am, yep,” replied Jessika as she handed her arm band over and walked away.
A video clip was then shown where Jessika previously said: “If I hand back my arm band, I’m going to feel really, really upset and disappointed in myself.
“I want to feel accomplished when I leave the course, I want to know I’ve pushed myself to my ultimate limit.”

Talking to The Sun, Jessika explained that her temper got the better of her, sharing: “I honestly went on that show with the purest intentions, like, I really wanted to prove to myself that I could do it.
“I wanted to show myself, not anyone else, that mentally and physically I could do it.
“But there is that Jess Power in the back of my head that’s like, if you’re freaking annoying me I’m gonna say, ‘You’re annoying me’.
“So, I had a big outburst with someone.”
