The reigning world champion, 19, was in Newcastle on the Dutchman’s Prem debut.

Just 10 minutes later, posted a picture of a TV from backstage at Utilita Arena.
The Nuke wrote, alongside a salute emoji: “ u was brilliant.”
“Into next week… ps 3-1.”
A keen football fan, it is very likely that Littler was referring to the Toon’s last night.
Night Two of the 2026 Premier League Darts season will take place in Antwerp, with Littler scheduled to face first up.
The fan won the competition in 2024, before losing to Humphries in last year’s final.
Van Veen, 23, lost 7-1 to Littler in last month’s World Championship final.
The Dutchman was delighted to have had the opportunity to avenge that humbling Ally Pally defeat so quickly.
He said of rival Littler: “He’s too good to let him run away from you.
“You need to get one back over him and this was the perfect day to do it.”
