Before giving birth and since becoming a mum, the VAWG activist has shared her journey online with fans.

Recently she took to TikTok to open up about how she has been struggling with enjoying food postpartum.

Sharon confessed: “I don’t know what to do, so naturally I am resorting to the internet in the hopes that somebody who has previously experienced food anxiety can give me some advice or guidance.

“I am currently four weeks postpartum, before I got pregnant I had no major food aversions, I was quite fortunate to not have any anxiety when it came to food.

“Obviously, naturally, I had foods that I liked and didn’t like, but it wasn’t anything that it was a concern.

“Like most pregnant people I developed a lot of aversions to smells, which included smells of certain types of food.

“Also, suffered really badly with morning sickness. I hate that we call it that. It doesn’t stop when the clock hits 12, and mine definitely didn’t.

“One thing that I do get anxiety over is vomiting. I have a genuine fear of vomiting and whenever I am sick I get incredibly anxious.

“The smell of certain foods made me vomit, I now can’t eat a lot of things because in my brain, it says if you eat that, you’re going to be sick, even though the smell of it now has no negative reactions.

“Salmon, I developed huge aversions to when I was pregnant, the smell of it, even if Matthew had eaten it at work or out at dinner and then came home, it would make me vomit instantly.

“I cooked dinner the other night, it included salmon, it was a recipe that I’ve made many times before, I’ve eaten plenty of times before.

“But just looking at it, smelling the smell of salmon, something in my brain was like you can’t eat that, you’ll be sick.

“I took one mouthful and said I can’t do it, and put it on Matthew’s plate.

“I was at my first even postpartum, I took Alf with me, it was a really nice Tommee Tippee event, gorgeous lay out, really gorgeous breakfast.

“Someone asked me if they could help me with the baby or do anything for me, so that I could eat my breakfast and I just looking at it, even though it wasn’t food that I had developed any aversions to, I had no appetite and had no desire to eat it.

“I am like scared of it.

“I don’t understand, I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, is there something I can do to stop this feeling and make it go away.”

She captioned the post: “Plz I don’t want to live off of mash potatoes and babybels forever.”

Earlier this month Sharon showed off her ‘real body’ transformation just two weeks after her c-section as she revealed her painful scar.

The reality star clips of her body before getting pregnant, 30 minutes before her c-section, 24 hours after and finally two days after and weeks after the delivery.

She played Ariana Grande’s song nowhere, nobody in the background.

The star simply captioned the post: “Isn’t the female body magical?”

Sharon and fiance Matthew Torbitt, who got engaged in December 2025, shared that they were together in March.
