LOVE Island is bringing back one of its most controversial segments and could mean disaster for two of the contestants.
The revealed that the Grafties awards were returning and invited fans to vote in six different categories.



The Grafties are an awards ceremony that the Islanders attend where the public votes for nominees - chosen by Love Island producers - in the six categories.
Those categories include, Flirtiest Performance, Unfinished Business, Best Double Act, Most Emotional Moment, the Best No Filter Moment, and the Eat, Sleep, Crack On, Repeat award.

But on social media, Love Island fans think that the Grafties mean trouble for Harry and Shakira.
The pair were on the reality show but Harry, who has had his head turned multiple times, pulled despite being with Helena.
Even though Shakira shut him down and was praised for “friend zoning” him, they both appeared in multiple categories as Grafties and fans have accused producers to trying to “make Shakira a villain.”
Harry and Shakira both were nominated in the Best No Filter Moment, with , and the women were also nominated together in the Best Double Act category.
Shakira also featured in the Most Emotional Moment group, while Harry got a nomination for Flirtiest Performance.
The duo were also in the list of nominees together for the Unfinished Business award.
Viewers reacted to their joint nomination on social media, including Love Island’s post about the Grafties on Instagram.
“Any reason you have shown no bad clips of meg but made shakira look like the villain?” asked one fan.
Another added: “Toni and Shakira will again look like mean girls.. producers when I catch you...”
And a third wrote: “Honestly women’s aid need to release a statement about the love island producers for what they are putting shakira through.”
Another fan pointed out why the Grafties might spell trouble for Harry.
“Guys please remember they’re going to SHOW the islanders the clips!!! Expose Harry and Helena!” they wrote.
The Grafties will air this week on Love Island.
