The 27-year-old was seen with his arm around the shoulder of an unnamed woman as they posed for a selfie in a lift.
Both of their faces are obscured in the image, revealing only part of her lips, a green jacket, and a khaki suede bag.
Omar did not tag the woman in the post and has yet to disclose any further details about her identity.
