A LOVE Is Blind couple whose journey wasn’t shown on the series have split – with one star claiming she was dumped by text.
Earlier this year, we reported how a staggering – a global record for the – but that meant eight couples’ journeys did not make it to screens.
While wellbeing coach Sammy Harper and tech recruiter Jonathan Harrold’s bond was not captured on camera, they appeared to be going from strength to strength in the real world.
But just days before Sammy was due to move in with Jonathan she has told how she was dealt “the plot twist no one saw coming”.
In a new video, the season three alum revealed her devastating news to a clip she accompanied with the track, Feeling Blew by Sweet Disposition.
In the video she said: “My engagement is officially over, I got dumped by text message.
“Yeah a f**king text message.
“Didn’t have that one on my 2026 bingo card and there’s a lot I could say but that’s not actually what I want this episode to be.
“Because overnight the entire story changed.
“I was supposed to be moving in with my fiance in less than two weeks.
“I was packing up my life, moving across the country
“I thought I knew what my next chapter looked like but now I’m single I don’t know where I am going to live”.
She continued: “I am re-starting at 34.
“And guys I am f**king embarrassed”.
Referring to her video series title she said: “The Unseen Couple – I thought I was telling you our story turns out I am telling you my own”.
In her caption she added the words: “This one hurts.
“Apparently we are starting again at 34”.
One fan was quick to react: “Sending you a big cuddle but wowza you are a fkin CATCH, whoever is lucky enough to date you better be up to fkin scratch”.
A second put: “A text? A f**king text? Onwards and upwards mate!”
A third commented: “There is only one person who should be embarrassed in this situation and it certainly isn’t you my girl! Sending you lots of love”.
