And while she’s thrilled with her incredible , the consequences of the weight loss – and the speed at which she’s lost it – has led to her requiring surgery.

Grace took to TikTok to share a video in which she hit out at influencers who hide their real bodies after losing weight, as she said she wanted to “show you something that’s really important”.

She then highlighted her body, while wearing a black top and joggers, as she explained that she’s heading to Lithuania next February for skin removal .

“I know what you’re thinking, why is she having skin removal surgery?” she said.

“I’m also having a breast uplift.”

She turned to the side to show that her boobs looked full and perky, while her stomach appeared flat and toned.

“But it’s not,” she continued.

“It’s an illusion and I’m going to show you it’s an illusion.

“And this is why it is so important not to compare yourself to people on this app.”

Grace then lifted up to show the loose skin on her stomach, as she said: “This top, it’s a tight top, it’s from H&M, but this is what’s underneath.

“Is it terrible considering I’ve lost 9 stone? No, it’s not.

“But what you see on this app from a lot of people is an illusion.

“It’s not real, it’s fake. We’ve got skin, we’ve got back fat…

“The average person who’s lost weight will look like this. Stop comparing yourself to people on this app because it is not real!”

“Not everyone will show you this side of their journey,” she wrote over the top of the video, before adding in the caption “Don’t believe everything you see on social media”.

And the comments section was immediately flooded with people thanking Grace for her honesty, with one writing: “THANK YOU for sharing this.

How to take Mounjaro safely

Start a low dose and increase slowly

  • Starting dose is usually 2.5 mg once weekly, injected under the skin.
  • Typical progression: 2.5 mg → 5 mg → 7.5 mg → up to 15 mg weekly (in 2.5 mg increments every four weeks, as tolerated).

Administer it properly

  • Inject once a week, same day each week, with or without food.
  • Inject subcutaneously in stomach, thigh, or upper arm and rotate injection sites weekly.

Watch for side effects

  • Common side effects include: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, decreased appetite and fatigue.
  • Seek medical help if you experience any of the following serious side effects: signs of pancreatitis (severe stomach pain), allergic reactions and kidney problems (low urine output, swelling).

“As someone’s who has lost 15 stone I get this constantly from people… it’s easy to hide under clothes but it’s still there.

“Amazing job girl.”

“You have done so well, thanks for being honest hun,” another added.

“You look fab and thank you for being honest,” a third said.

“You definitely did well considering such a big loss.”

“Well done for doing this,” someone else commented.

“It’s very brave of you and will surely make us feel so much better.”

“Say it louder for the people in the back,” another urged.

“I hate when people misrepresent it so much!”

“We needed this,” someone else wrote.

“Four stone down, want one more I think, and so many people compare to something that’s not real!
